Detailed Terms & Conditions (Updated 2026)
Child Seats: While private hire vehicles are often exempt by UK law, you may provide your own. Note: A child counts as one full passenger regardless of age.
Conduct: Drivers reserve the right to refuse passengers who are abusive, intoxicated, or pose safety risks.
Passengers are responsible for loading/unloading bags. The company is not liable for loss or damage. If luggage exceeds the vehicle's safe capacity, the driver may refuse the trip (full charges apply).
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles for similar or higher-grade models. Drivers will never exceed the licensed passenger capacity for insurance reasons.
Cleaning Fee: Minimum £60.00 for professional cleaning due to spills/illness.
Property Damage: Passengers are liable for any intentional or negligent damage to the vehicle.
Drivers use real-time traffic data for optimal routes. Requested deviations or tolls incur extra costs. We are not liable for delays due to Force Majeure (accidents, weather, diversions).
Service animals travel free. Domestic pets must be disclosed at booking and travel in a secure crate.
Data is handled per UK GDPR. We reserve the right to terminate journeys if passenger behavior is illegal or unsafe.
